Ayurveda works wonders

Ayurveda is the oldest system of medicine in the Indian subcontinent. It originated in India about 5000 years ago. The word Ayurveda means “science of life”.

The Sanskrit words ‘Ayus’ means ‘life’ and then ‘Veda’ means ‘science’. Together these two are ‘Ayurveda’ which means the science of life.

Unlike other medical systems, the strength of Ayurveda is to find the cause of the disease and cure it without treating the disease. Ayurveda improves physical health while treating diseases.

According to Ayurveda, the human body consists of four elements. They are Dosa, Tattu, Malam and Agni.

The basics of body composition in Ayurveda are well laid out to a great extent. These are called “Mulaideans”. These are the basics of Ayurvedic treatment.

Dhosaa has three main categories. They are Vada, Pitta and Kapha. All three are destructive to the body. Also, they are capable of controlling and altering anabolic metabolism.

It is also a function of digesting food throughout the body. It helps in body structure. Defects in these doshas cause diseases in the body.

Minerals are beneficial to the body. It consists of seven tissue systems in the body. They are Rasam, Akta, Mamsa, Meda, Asti, Mija, Shukra. These are called blood, flesh, fat, tissues, bone, bone marrow and sperm.

These minerals provide only basic nutrition to the body. They help in mental and physical development as well as physical structure.

Excretion refers to waste products and dirt from the body. It manifests threefold in the body. Excreta can be classified as faeces, urine and sweat.

Proper elimination of waste products from the body is essential for health.

There are two types of feces. They are feces and also gutta. Faeces are body wastes and then Gitta are mineral waste products.

All the metabolic and also digestive functions of the body are carried out by the biological fire of the body.

It basically contains various enzymes in body canal, liver and tissue cells.

Body coordinate system

In Ayurveda, life is the body’s intellect, mind and soul, and also consciousness, all four of which are the joint work of the body. A living human being collects together the three basic tissues (Rasa, Blood, Marrow, Bone, Adipose Muscle, Bone Marrow and Semen) and then the waste products of the body (urine, sweat etc.).

This keeps the body healthy by eliminating the waste generated in the whole body. This body coordination system and its constituents can develop and process those wastes.

It can cure disease through the psychophysical systems of food intake, digestion, absorption, digestion and also metabolism through significant life (Agni).
