Almond foods are healthy



Almonds are rich in health-promoting vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and also healthy fats. Eating 5 almonds a day is a great cure for everything from cholesterol problems to aging. Almonds are rich in anti-cancer vitamins, with no end in sight for all kinds of problems from head to toe. Almond Carrot halwa Crumb


Carrot – 1/2 kg,
Thickened milk – 1/2 liter,
Sugar – 1/2 cup,
Cardamom Powder – 4,
Ghee – 2 tbsp Peeled and then finely chopped almonds – 1/4 cup.

Ingredients for Crumb:

Chopped almonds – 1/4 cup,
Maida – 3/4 cup,
Butter (unsalted) – 1/4 cup,
Sugar – 1/2 cup,
Ground almonds – 1/2 cup.



Boil both milk and also carrots in a pan. Boil well until the milk reduces by three quarters. Then add cardamom powder, ghee and also sugar to it and stir well. Once it all comes together, stir in the chopped almonds and then keep aside. Mix all the ingredients needed to make the crumb and then grind it well. Bread Crums should look like pellets when viewed. Put it on a tray and then bake it in the microwave at 180 degrees. After it turns golden brown, top it with carrot halwa and then sprinkle roasted almonds on top and serve.

Badam Semiya Musafir



Peeled and then chopped almonds – 1/2 cup,
Semiya – 2 cups,
Ghee – 3 Tablespoon,
Water – 1 cup,
Sugar syrup – 1 cup,
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp,
Saffron – 1 pinch,
Koi – 1/4 cup,
Roasted almonds – 3 tbsp.


Add ghee in a pan and then fry the semiya until golden brown and keep aside. In the same pan add water and then when it boils add sugar syrup. Then add fried semiya to it and boil it well. Also add cardamom and saffron and stir. Then add grated koya to it and stir. Once the water boils add roasted almonds and garnish.

Badam Bunthi Laddu


For the laddu dough:

Chickpea flour – 1 1/2 cups,
Water – 1 cup,
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp,
Roasted chopped almonds – 1/4 cup,
Dried Goji Berries – 3 Tablespoons,
Ghee – 3/4 Tablespoon,
Number – Required

Ingredients for sugar syrup:

Sugar – 1 1/2 cups,
Water – 3/4 cup,
Saffron – 1 pinch.


Add sugar, saffron and water in a vessel and also boil a bar of padam baku and keep it aside. Then heat oil in a pan. Mix peanut flour, water and then cardamom powder in a bowl and mix it into a dough. Then fry some flour in oil. If it comes out flat instead of round, it means that the dough has too much water.

At that point you can also add some more flour. Or if it is fried like a cone, the batter will be thick, then add little water. If it looks like pearls then it is the right term for bundi. Pour batter in a slotted spoon and also fry bunti in oil. Then add the fried bunthi to the sugar syrup. Once all the bundi are fried, add almonds and goji berries and stir well. Then apply ghee on your hand and hold it into a small ball.

Almond apple chat


Roasted almonds – 60 grams,
Green onion (chopped) – 1 tablespoon,
Red apple – 1 tablespoon (chopped),
Lemon juice – 1/2 fruit,
Black salt – two pinches,
Mint – a little,
Olive oil – 1 tbsp.
Chili powder – 1/2 tsp.


Then add all the above one by one in a pan. Then mix well. Eat as it is. Great for evening snacks.

Almond Grain Biryani



Barley – 1/2 cup,
Red pepper – 1/2 cup,
Millet – 1/2 cup,
Ghee – 2 tbsp,
Garlic chopped – 1 tbsp,
Ginger – 1 Tablespoon,
Green chillies – 1 tbsp,
Chopped carrots – 1/2 cup,
Onion – 1/4 cup,
Ground pepper – 1/2 teaspoon,
Salt – to taste
Vegetable boiled water or water – 7 cups,
Cumin – 1 tbsp,
Chopped Coriander – 1 1/2 tsp,
Spring Onion – 1 1/2 tsp,
Almonds – 1/4 cup.


Add ghee to the pan and then add cumin seeds and brinjal leaves. Then add onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic and saute well. Then add carrot, barley, red pepper, millet, water and when it comes to a boil, add almonds and put it in microwave oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Once the grains are cooked add coriander salt and pepper and serve immediately.


Almond pakoda


Whole almonds – 1 cup,
Groundnut flour – 2 table spoon,
Semolina – 1 Tablespoon,
Oil – to fry,
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp,
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp,
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp,
Rock salt – to taste,
Evergreen – a pinch

Fenugreek – 2 tbsp.
Water – 2 table spoon,
Ginger – 1 tbsp (chopped),
Green chillies – 1/2 tsp (chopped).


Firstly roast the almonds. Combine everything in a bowl and then mash well. Add almonds and then mash well. Add oil to the pan and then fry the crushed almonds. Now delicious evening snacks are ready.
