Squeeze a lemon in 100 ml of hot water and mix it with honey and gently swallow it twice or thrice daily for three consecutive days to get good results. You can also add salt instead of sweet. Lemons are rich in vitamin C and are rich in antioxidants, so they are good for the throat.
Peel and chop the ginger and boil it in 200 ml of water and after it dries up to 100 ml, add a lemon juice and 5 ml of honey and swallow a little bit every day to relieve sore throat and pain.
