Sukku pepper gravy

 

required things:

Sukku – a small piece
Pepper – 2 teaspoons
Fenugreek – one tablespoon
Mustard, urad dal – half teaspoon each
Tamarind – the size of a large gooseberry

Chopped tomatoes – quarter cup
Turmeric powder – quarter teaspoon
Curry leaves – a little
Chilli powder – half teaspoon
Oil, salt – as required.

Method: Roast sukku, pepper and also fenugreek separately without oil and grind them together in a mixer. Leave oil in a pan, when dry add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, add onion and salso saute. Add chopped tomatoes and saute it, then add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder after leaving sour solution. required things:

Crab – 2
Tomato – 1
Big onion – 1
Ginger – small piece
Pepper – half a teaspoon
Cumin – quarter teaspoon
Oil – as required
Garlic – 4 cloves
Green Chillies – 2
Bark – required quantity
Biryani leaves – as required
Coriander leaves – as required
Salt – as needed.

Method: First clean the crab. Then tap the crab to expose the meaty side. Add ginger and also garlic. Pour the required amount of oil in a pan and fry the bark, biryani leaves, onion, green chillies, tomatoes, ginger and also garlic. Garlic – 5 cloves
Duaram dal – 1 tsp
Dry Chillies – 2
Asparagus powder – half teaspoon
Salt – as needed
Mustard – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves, curry leaves – little
Oil – as required.

Method: Firstly , dissolve the tamarind in a vessel and then filter the water. Then grind cumin, pepper, dal, dried chillies and coriander in a mixer, add tamarind water and add required amount of salt and boil on medium flame. After that, grind and then mix the spinach and garlic in it and let it boil for 2 minutes. Finally, pour oil in a pan and then season it with mustard and pour it into the soup. It can be drunk as a soup or mixed with rice as a delicacy.
