Healthy Banana Cake
Banana – 4
Egg – 2
Oil – 4 tbsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Maida flour – 250 gms
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Cocoa powder – 5 grams
Condensed milk – 250 ml
Fresh cream – 250 ml
Sugar – 25 grams
Chocolate pieces – as required.
Blend and grind 2 well ripe bananas. Cut the remaining banana into small wedges. Then, in a bowl add egg, oil, grated banana and a pinch of salt and then mix well. Pour cocoa powder, maida flour and then baking powder in another bowl and stir. Add this to the egg mixture and mix without lumps. Then pour distilled milk little by little in the mixture and mix well until it becomes doughy. Cover it and then keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Then in a non-stick tawa, fry in small batches on medium flame. In a bowl, add fresh cream, sugar and beat with an egg beater until creamy. Spread the prepared fresh cream on top of the banana cake and then place the sliced banana wedges on top. Then again apply fresh cream on top. Similarly, stack the banana slices on top of each other. Then pour melted chocolate over the layer and decorate. Now the delicious banana cake is ready.

Healthy Millet Vanilla Sponge Cake
Millet flour – 35 grams
Wheat flour – 35 grams
Unsalted butter – 30 grams
Sugar – 60 grams
Baking powder – quarter teaspoon
Salt water – 1 tsp (dissolve a pinch of salt in a tsp of water)
Oil – 1 tsp
Vanilla essence and pineapple essence – 1 tsp
Egg – 1.
Soak millets for 4 hours. Then drain the water and dry it slightly in the sun. Add it to the pan, fry it lightly to remove the moisture, let it cool down and grind it finely in a mixer. Now, mix millet flour, wheat flour and baking powder together. Take butter and sugar separately in a bowl and mix well for a while. Then add eggs and beat well with a hand beater. Add the salted water and oil and mix together the sifted flour and mix until well combined.
Then add vanilla and pineapple essence to it. The mixture should be like dosa batter. Once everything is ready, grease a cake pan with a teaspoon of oil and sprinkle some wheat flour over it and spread it all over the pan. Pour the cake batter evenly over it. Put it in the cooker and boil it for 25-30 minutes on medium heat and drain it. When the healthy cake cools, you can decorate it by applying cream. Now the delicious healthy millet cake is ready.
