Kallu – 1 cup,
Tomatoes -1/4 cup,
Carrot – 1/4 cup,
Cucumber – 1/4 cup,
Capsicum – 1/4 cup,
Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup,
Olive Oil – as required,
Lemon juice – 1/2 teaspoon,
Pepper powder – required quantity,
Salt – as needed.


Soak the fleece in a bowl for 8 hours or overnight.

Cover with a bowl upside down at room temperature and then leave for 24 hours. By doing so it will have sprouted.

If you want longer sprouts, you can tie them in a cloth for another day.

In a small bowl, mix tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, capsicum and then coriander leaves. Add dal and lemon juice to it and mix well.

Add olive oil, pepper powder, salt and then mix well and serve.
